That is an interesting complaint about a film that spends forty minutes interviewing the people who built it.

Interviewing them is not the same as questioning them. Nobody in it was allowed to say no twice.

So you wanted a villain, or you wanted the evidence?

I wanted the second one. If the claim is that these systems make people angry, then show me the study and let me see how they measured it.

Honestly, the strongest part for me was the one where they admitted their own data came from a company with a reason to want that answer.

Yes — and they said it in thirty seconds, and then used it for thirty minutes.
